7 day policy doesn't count at builders

On Friday 22/05/2020 i did buy a Wolf garten Chain saw at builders warehouse i used it to cut few branches and the whole nuts keep vibrating out

Now the Wolf garten sales director send a 2 day old machine for repairs His name is bark

I cant believe that builders warehouse doesn't have client service that had to call the wolf Garten director

The lady that help was the great person yet she get overrule but people

no more for our company i use to but everything from builders warehouse no More
