5 star service

I bought my first online item from Builders and wasnt happy with the quality of the product. I recieved a call from their depot and was told item would be collected and then they will be in contact with me again. I explained to them it was a birthday gift for my daughter and I was sent a new item the following day even before them collecting the faulty item! I was super impressed with the service i received. I cannot remember the guys name but he went above and beyond my expectations and for that I am truly grateful....#SupportLocal
