3rd class company and every worst policy- avoid purchasing from here

I purchased Steco air compressor paid fully for this online and i was told it will be delivered in 10-14 days. But its been 3 weeks now it has not been delivered. They have stopped communicating with me on email. We spoke to them on phone as well as in person (at the store in Port Elizabeth) they told me they will get back to me. But they have not given any details about delivery. They are very irresponsible and callous may be even want to ***** my goods. The reason i write this is because i emailed them and asked specifically "is your official policy is to cheat and rob customer by delaying the delivery to a very long time so that they may forget and you then can resell it" but they did not specifically say "no, this is not our policy". Its so frustrating because my business is suffering. they are low value company with very high volume output. And perhaps one of the reason they are high volume is because they ***** and resell the items from customers. Please everyone reading this avoid this compnay. There are other very useful websites to do business from. One i can recommend is Amazon.co.za
