3 weeks to get a light

On 16 October I took an old Radiant led ceiling light box to the Rustenburg store as I needed a replacement. I was told the model has been replaced. I measured the fitting but was not sure of the same holes. I payed for 2 lights. I contacted Radiant and they said there was 160 old lights in stock. I asked the Builders manager to order for me. I was told it would be 5 November to receive them. 3 weeks to get the light from Johannesburg is not acceptable.
