3 Pack Trailer Lock

I have now had it with retail stores advertising goods on sale and then when you go to but it you are told oh sorry we have never stocked the item. Seriously what the hell are these people up to. I have now wasted time and petrol going to three stores to get a lock and none of them have it. In-fact i called the one branch and was told yes we have it and i have it in my hand as we speak really! when my wife got there she is told sorry we do not have it. I am still waiting for feed back from the other shop and the call center is just as bad. How the hell are you going to call me back with feed back without my No?
