3 months with no item and still struggling to get my money

Bought items online and should have been delivered March. Lockdown came and excepted it. When builders opened again I phoned couple of times each time different story. They then said they would refund me and have to go to store. At store asked if they can put money on giftcard with they did. Week later at till they say can see there money but giftcard don't work. Today I go and now it is wrong giftcard. Asked then please refund cash. Now they can't. Then they say please buy something and we will use number on slip that shows money is there. But again it don't work. Now must log call to it and can't say how long it will take.

Since March I don't have items I ordered or have my R5000.00 back just giftcard with R5000.00 that don't work and a lot of stories.
