23 days and my package hasn't arrive. ZERO communication

I'm so disappointed in the service I've recieved I placed an order online after the consultant told me the calender would give a good idea of when I can collect my order. This was on the 23rd of June. The calendar said I would be able to collect on the 12th of July and even though that was long I was happy to commit to that timeline. Till today I have not recieved my package. I went to the store on the 13th and the guy at the click and collect desk took 30 to 40 minutes only to tell me that my package isn't there I asked him to tell me when it will be available and he took an extra 10mins for him to tell me he doesn't know. I still haven't recieved any communication from anyone at the store. I've called the help line and they can't give me a timeline. No one has been able to assist me. 23 days and my package hasn't arrive and zero communication from builder
