2 months and washing machine not delivered! Pathetic !

I ordered a defy 6kg bottom loader washing machine on the 27th of November 2020 and have still not received it up until now 20th January 2021! I am extremely frustrated and annoyed! I keep calling and no one calls me back to update me on the progress. They barely acknowledge my calls! This is ridiculous honestly I keep getting excuses that they have no stock or that the Defy factory is closed ! That’s not my problem! Why advertise and take my money if that’s the case! EXTREMELY ****ED OFF AND UPSET BUT DOES BUILDERS WAREHOUSE CARE? I THINK NOT!!!! Pathetic service and an even more pathetic place to shop at!
