17 Days Still No Delivery, No Solid Feedback

This is the prize winner for worst service ever! I bought a chair on the 3rd of Nov, and was promised delivery in 16 days. I got nothing. I started calling support and the store itself regarding my order and all the people there who'd promised to get back to me with feedback didn't over the 3 days of my initiative to call Builders (I called on the 18th, 19th and 20th of Nov). Now I'd be happy to just get my refund asap and to purchase elsewhere where there is more serious business accumen.

I also went personally to the Strubensvalley branch to purchase some plumbing spares and I got no assistance in that shop and had to browse shelf by shelf item by item to find what I was looking for (I can provide the actual day so footage can be reviewed for proof; if Builders cares even a smidge).
