1 Month No product delivery & They Aren’t Refunding my Money!!!

I purchased compost online on the 19th Dec. In January there was STILL NO DELIVERY!!! I contacted them as there was no correspondence since my order. I was on holiday and my gardener kept reporting that there’s no delivery.

I called them on my return and they kept apologising with no immediate plans to deliver my order or any compensation for the faced delay.

At that time my grass is not looking good because of their failure to deliver as promised.

I eventually requested a refund as they failed to even respond to the emails sent. I called, went instore and sent emails requesting for a prompt refund as it had been 4 weeks for non delivery. Till today I have not received my refund. No proof of payment of processed refund. All I get is “We are sorry!!”, how does that help my balance or my grass!!!

Their managers and online service is *******!! Avoid ordering online, this is the WORST service I’ve faced online. Utterly disgusting!!!
