1 Hour to load a few items

I left my paid slip with a packer...so that he can load the vehicle while I go to the bank trying to save time. After an hour I returned and nothing was loaded. Im not happy!!! Now they tell me that my vehicle had to be moved. But after complaining to the manager Eric (what a lovely man) they could load my bakkie exactly where it was. The lady Masizane told me that there was to many vehicles to load???? For an hour? Please she needs to look for other work she is obviously not trained or capable of assisting customers. She doesnt know how to assist customers nor how to run a despatch correctly. Standing around earning money doing nothing ...waisting the companies money. Get rid of her and employ 3 more Erics Mbodi as he loaded my vehicle personally. This is not the first time I complain avout despatch at Alberton. Time is money!
