False advertising and customer disrespect.

Bought a ceiling extractor fan on January 2023. Stopped working in 29/09/2023. Took it to Builder's Trade Depi on Saturday 30/09/2023. Was told by their staff and management it could not be exchanged as it was a weekend Despite it had a three year gaurantee stamped on the box. They came with every excuse not to service me. The initial purchase, the return of brocken equipment and then to return to the store with no guarantee to be helped on another day. Item purchased was a Power Worx core ceiling fan. To me they cant garantee their product as well. How be it that the manufacture claims three years but must still be contacted to repace faulty items. This is disrespect to the customer and consumer council.
