Poor customer service
I bought material, they promised to deliver within 72 hours. They called me yesterday after I saw a missed call from an 010 number I returned the call and they didn't answer. Today the dispatch manager tells me that they dont have eta as their forklift has to be serviced as they only have 1 and the builders are waiting for the material. The manager's name is Nkayi. She told me they were busy in Dec and now its Jan. Why is it my problem. Must I pay the builders to come stand here and do nothing. They had material that was on the system but discontinued as well. This is bad customer service ever in Jan.
