After ordering 4 m3 building sand and 1m3 crusher run stone together with 17 bags of cement, they delivered the order as requested, but having ordered these materials before at a different supplier, it did not seem that the quantities were correct. I phoned them and spoke to the manager in this regard, whom refused to assist, only insisting that indeed the correct quantities were delivered. After which admitting to the weight that it should be, but admitting they do NOT weigh, only use a marked 1m3 drum, thus not knowing the true weight of what was delivered and still refusing to sort out the problem. He then ran all around the initial problem by stating that he indeed did deliver at the requested time, upon which my reply was that it is also a service that I paid for and has nothing to do with the incorrect amount of material that was delivered. His response was that he is not going to watch his business go down due to this - which led me to believe that I'm not the only client that he has delivered incorrect amounts of material to, while the customer pays the full amount. He has simply never been confronted about this, as other clients might not be as informed. THUS, I WILL NEVER BE BUYING OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN FUTURE.
