Worst experience ever

Did a quotation at Builders hyper cc in De Deur vaal triangle after paying for the product was told that they didnt have it in store I then asked for a refund was given a long story about how that was in possible they had to contact the bank an would get back to me I left after an hour of arguing for my own money was told I would be called after 2 it's a day later I've been calling the financial manager Shiraz an still no luck worsr service ever cant believe I have to up an down like this for my own money I left the store with out the product an my money highly disappointed
