No Customer service at all

About two weeks ago I went to my local Builders for a spray product which they sell(rust-oleum)<br> <br> Unfortunately they didn't have this particular spray paint in stock but assured me they will find out and phone me back<br> <br> I never heard from them again, went to them twice and every time they promise me they will phone me <br> <br> These people are keen to take your money when you're in the shop but don't give a damn if they need to do something for there customer<br> <br> I strongly recommend another hardware shop and not this one to buy your hardware from
