Not taking responsibility for incorrect and damaged goods

We purchased pvc ceilings from them, upon delivery we found damaged boards and most of the boards was not the colour we ordered "white gloss" instead "cream" was delivered. Upon communicating with them we were told that it is a "manufacturer fault" and therefore they cannot take responsibility for this. They would have to source other boards as per what we have ordered however we would have to pay again for delivery which would be another R600 bearing in mind that the shop is based in Benoni and we are based in Mondeor area. They are taking no responsibility for the incorrect and damaged boards that was delivered. The workers still have to be paid for the day since they reported for work yet there was no urgency from them to have it resolved asap. This is poor customer service at its best. Wanting the customer to pay an additional R600 that was already paid for delivery. Not to mention them stating that they cannot take responsibility for a manufacturing fault/error in the boards being different colours.
