Great shop but not always good service

The shop itself is very good and most of the staff is very helpful, and quite on the dot, but there is also one or 2 apples there that makes the shopping experience horrible. One such example is one of the sales people called Ann. I've complained about her umptieth times about her at the sales counter, but there doesn't seem to happen anything to her, and I'm getting tired of that... She's the most rudest sales person that I've ever encountered in a shop! She has no respect for clients, as she talks to us just as she feels fit. She's screamed at me, as a customer, more then one time, and that is really unacceptable behavior. If it weren't for the great service that I get from the other people, and for the fact that they stock almost everything that one could be looking for, then I would've stopped shopping there a long time ago... And it's not just me that she handles that way. I've heard her talking like that to other customers as well, and to some of her fellow colleagues. She is utterly rude... Someone like that should most certainly not work with customers at all!! On top of that she's gossiped about some of her colleague towards me, sometimes gossiping in defamatory ways, and I've heard her talk that way towards other customers about her colleagues, sometimes within ear shot from that specific colleague. It would be strange if no one has opened up a case of defamation against her... But I've also heard her talking like that about customers, which is almost worse. If I were to hear her talk about me like that, then I would report her! Sometimes when you come into the shop then she would be standing at the tills, chatting and sometimes being on her phone while standing there, not caring if a customer wants to pay... Then the other people in the electrical area would be running around between customers and one have to stand and wait for one of them to finish while she's standing casually at the tills, not that I mind waiting, but why must I wait if she's supposed to be in there... If she then realizes that you're standing there, then she'll coming running, screaming to the other 2 why their not helping customers, while their actually busy with customers already, and she was the one not helping, and then she'll only help one or 2 customers, and then she'll run back to the tills. I've even seen her once or twice sitting behind one of the tills, chatting to the tellers... The question is, is she even allowed to be behind the till? Also when you walk into the electrical area, when she is actually in there, then she'll be standing either typing on her phone, not realizing that there's a customer wanting help, or she'll walk away from the customer while still typing, or she'll be calling someone, or she'll just stare at you like she doesn't want to help you at all, and then she'll be waiting for someone else to help you. If no one else helps you the, for example when their busy with a customer then she'll have an angry outburst and suddenly ask you if you need help. Also when you do ask her for help, then she'll be very rude and ask you what you want, and when you ask her for something, then she'll point with her finger and say very rudely that it's over there, or she'll tell you to go to one of the other people, especially when she's leaning against the racks. Sometimes also when you come in then she'll be standing chatting, and not about work (you can hear from the conversation that it's not about work, then she'll tell you that's she's busy, and she'll then send you to one of the others or she'll tell you to wait. She's very lazy as well, seems like she's only there to get her pay, and not to do her work and help customers... I've seen the way she talks to her colleagues as well, handling them as if she's some kind of manager and their her slaves... Also when one of the others is busy helping a customer fixing something for them, then she'll complain about it, which I can't understand why, because if I got that type of assistance from everything, that their willing to fix something for me, then I'll most certainly come back everyday for all my things and even get my friends to come. At least their bringing in customers through fixing things for them, while she's standing around doing nothing at all!! All of this doesn't come just from now, it's been coming ever since she's been here for a months already, acting as if she's a manager and being so rude and everything. It's been coming a really long time... Another thing is back when she was on crutches, then I would she her dancing in the pubs without her crutches, as if she has no pain at all. Someone must please explain to me how your foot can be to sore to be at work without crutches, as she was even sitting on the dog food a lot back then, but it's all fine and well when she could go out drink and dance and then not be too painful to be without her crutches, because to me that doesn't make sense at all... And if she really had so much pain, then she would've been on very strong medication, so if she then drank while or after drinking her medication, then she should've either been on a high or in a coma, so let's you wonder about that "pain" and crutches... If it weren't for the great service from most other sales people and their great variety of stock and their good prices, then I would most certainly have stopped shopping their ages ago because of her bad attitude and temper!!
