Buildcure Plettenberg Bay

I had the most horrific experience with Buildcure Plettenberg Bay last year in April/May 2023. They reconstructed a big part of my roof and their assignment was also to waterproof the entire roof of the rest of my house (+ - 400sqm). Their workmanship is shocking and the building contractor, most of the time non-existant at the building site. After less than a year, there are water leaks at several places on the roof tiles and ceilings inside. After contacting the builder (who passed by for a quick look) for my 5-year guarantee work, he cancelled 4 fixed appointments over a period of 6 weeks, because of so-called "problems with his vehicle" and "workers that haven't turned up". He is totally unreliable and until today isn't prepared to do guarantee work, even after sending him several photographs of the various places and proofs of the leaks in the ceiling and roof of my house. I just want to warn everyone out there - be warned from doing bussiness with Buildcure Plettenberg Bay.
