Bathroom Renovations

I hired Buildcraft to renovate 3 bathrooms. The owner,Des,was very pleasant. Assuring me that they work on time and professionally. Lies. The bathrooms took extra time. The owner was seldom on site leaving his staff to work The first bathroom. Colored mosaic tiles in shower peeled.Still waiting for handrail. New windows were paid for.Almost R10000. I was told they would be ready in a few weeks. Still waiting and information of who was doing the windows was not given even though we asked. Second bathroom.J was told nonslip tiles were in the shower. I have slipped twice. An expert had. a look. They are wall tiles. Third bathroom.Dhowet wall not attached properly and leaks water. Wall painted Light switch was damaged.Light fitting left hanging loose.Tiling is not done properly and untidy. I will need someone else to come in.and fix the work to be done. Owner left premises a week before Christmas. No goodbye or apologies. Rubble left in my yard.I want a refund on the windows .Owner left with my ladder and gate remote. Have tried contacting him No reply Although the bathrooms look nice shoddy work spoils them. The owner obviously told me many lies. I have photos of work not done properly
