Friendly when they want something from you - dragging feet to make payment

Initally great and friendly response. Once they have collected the salvaged goods they hide behind admin and technicalities. Very slow to respond. Rude on the phone. And constantly postponing payment. Very sad, as the service to recycle building materials is such a great idea
