Worst Management Ever

The store has the most poorest service ever.Some of the staff is helpful especially the male staff on the sales floor.The ladies tend to other people whilest busy with you and that creates a communication barrier and they end up creating mistakes.I bought a sliding door and windows,only to get hope to find that the frames are falling apart or separating from the glass.I reported the matter several times and instead of them assisting me,they wanted to inconvenience me by making me pay extra costs for their fault!!!!!! Then there's a guy called Faizel who is supposedly a manager but rude as hell and needs training on how to treat customers.
