We bought a plastic cistern at empangeni and when we opened it it was broken. Many of them were broken in the store but the assistant said he checked the one we bought. When we tried to return it they refused claiming that we must have broken it. How do you break a plastic item in a box by simply opening the box? The complete lack of common sense fails me. The manager was so rude. Generally the service is bad even from the staff. I will never shop at their store again. I shouldn't have to pay for getting a headache. I will be writing to consumer goods about this too
