Refund not Paid

Hi there , I am very upset as I used to purchase good from buildrite hardware Besterwhat happened is I purchased material last year a week before the looting and the store got closed, the store recently opened i went there on the 30-11-2021 I asked for refund since I have purchased goods somewhere else , they requested documents from me which I provided and I was promised to get my money in 5 days time until today I’m still waiting… the manager keeps telling me it is escalated and they are checking now I am begging the company for my money which I’m very upset, already the service is disappointing and the store recently and it like they *****ed my money
