Poor service BuiltRite uMlazi next to King Zwelithini Stadium

I was very disappointed about the poor service I had experienced at BuiltRite Hardware store at uMlazi opposite KwaMnyandu Shopping Mall. In that store when you get inside that store, you are on your own even when you want to find out something if they have it in their store. I asked one of their staff members who was standing useless around the door where you also pay for stuff and she told me to ask male employees and she never bothered herself to find that male staff who could assist me. I had to find a guy myself after standing around 20 minutes not being assisted. I also approached another guy who was wearing orange t-shirt and he was willing to assist me but he was attending to another client.

The long line of I guess 'their management staff' was just sited there like on the counters and I don't understand why they take notice of all that. They just sit there and they don't care as well. As a person who is planning to staff a project of building my own house, I don't thing I would approached them for my building material because they seems disorganized. The whole store why it has two tellers / tills where you can pay for your stuff while a bunch of 'management' are sited where we are supposed to be paying at the store? I had to wait for the second time to pay for the stuff that I bought at the same store on Saturday, 15 October 2022.
