Horrible Service in Verulam Durban

So the we placed an order for building material and they didn't really have stock since it was still during their grand opening. We then cancelled building sand because we were told we will have to wait longer. So practically they owed us R1750 back for the sand but they said they can't give us cash so we have to make a bank statement, we used my mom account so she said no it's fine we'll come with it next time we come because we were rushing to the site. To my surprise they didn't cancel our sand order and were told we owe the delivery guys R900. Their service is horrible and definitely not buying there again
