Do not buy from build rite

I would like to share my dissatisfaction and pathetic customer service with buildrite. My order for build materials were not delivered on the 8/11/2019, failing to follow up with me, I had to call myself with regard s to the matter till today 15/11/2019 I have not received any communication with regards to my refund. I am extremely disappointed with they way they have treated me at bester buildrite. The trauma I have been through is beyond words. I provided them with my bank statement and Identification still nothing, no phone call, sms or email. They are running a mickey mouse company. Do not buy from build rite
