Disappointing Service

They completely are not aware of customer service. I went to buy material and they could not tell me they didn't have some of the stuff I wanted, instead decided upon themselves to swap for whatvthey did have. The people responsible for collecting or putting your order together had to be begged as they all were pointing fingers at one another as to who should do it.. They clearly manage themselves and are not answerable to anyone. Lastly the guy responsible for seeing that everything in your order is there ticked everything and still managed not to put 1 item and when I went back to confront them, they said the item was laying on the floor by the entrance and that I had left it, yet no one bothered to call me. The most disappointing and dissatisfiying service I have ever come across.
