Damaged and low quality from the originally purchased stock

On 16 May 2024, I had a dilivery for blocks. However, the blocks that are on display that I purchased were not the same as the ones that were delivered in terms of quality make. I paid transportation accordingly with the suppliers they use on site. On arrival of the stock, I noticed the quality and difference is not the same as the product on display by far. I called the store and I spoke to a super rude manager He called himself Abdul, he told me I have to pay for transportation to bring the stock to their facility and the one I bought, I advised him I do not have money for transport to fix the mistake they could have picked up when they delivered the stock, he told me it is not their fault they sent me damaged and stock oflow quality so they can't help me get what I bought.
