I purchased a shower head at the Umlazi branch I specifically requested curve shower when I opened the box the following day it was a square shower head instead of what I requested I then took it back to the branch with the receipt and I was advised that they can not take it as the box was open they told me it was now considered damaged which I don’t understand I am well within my 7 days of
