Build Rite Umlazi taken my money but did not give me the material

At Build Rite in Umlazi - Umnyandu have paid for material via EFT using the same bank on Monday 23 Nov 2020 and emailed them proof of payment but they do not want to release the material already paid for. Have made several phone calls to get assistance but they do not bother.
