Bad customer experience - Umlazi buildrite

Build rite umlazi Is customer experience so foreign or simply Buildrite doesn’t understand the current pandemic and the need, convenience of buying online and have your stuff delivered to you without any hassle and providing timely feedback to clients at every step...have paid for material via EFT using instant payment and sent them proof of payment including delivery about a week ago but still found myself chasing up after them to get the status of your order and only to find out it hasn't been processed as yet, proof of payment and all sent through. Agents just promise to call you back afte few minutes and you find your self calling them back after a while telling you they forgot to check theirs email. They tend to attend other people whilest busy with you and that creates a communication barrier.

Do not buy online, if you do. Overwhelm them with communication (send emails, call, call, call until they do something about your order)

I rate them 1 star for proper use of online online facilities and lack of customer service. Took too long to respond on whatsapp
