Appalling Service

As someone in the service industry I am appalled by the standard of service at build rite. The staff is *********** and downright rude. They have no sense of urgency and treat customers like trash. The manager in charge tries his best however it seems the staff have been left to do as they please for too long and cannot adhere to any rules. We are so quick to scream ****** and yet we can not even treat our own ppl with respect. You teach people how to treat you by modeling it with your behavior and it is just so sad to see black people behaving like this. At this rate we might as well forget about getting the land back. I am ashamed to be a black South African.
