Angry customer

I am angry, sweating, hungry not to mention being fum. I've been at the shop from 9:05 till now which is 14:19 with no help yet Thuthukani Madondo- Manager is laughing at us. A cash deposit was made of R57000 yet we are not getting any assistance from the Manager
