Build-Lec (Jacques Wolmarans)

The "owner" of this business, Jacques Wolmarans, is a smooth talker of note! Promises you the sun, moon, and stars, but when it comes time to deliver what he promised then there are 1000 excuses. It took me more than 6 months to get him to complete a renovation. Now, more than 1 month after completion of these renovations, I am still trying to get an installation certificate from him (for warranty purposes).
