empty promise on arrival of stock

I saw an advert on the newspaper on panel doors. I went to the store to check them i was told they were out of stock , but adviser to pay for them since they will be instore in two weeks time . I paid for them on the 2-02-2015 and to date i have not received the doors . I call every week and i am told its coming in a week time pls assist, these people are playing games.<br>
