JoJo tank not received from Build it Matatiele

My mother brought a tank in 2017 at Build It store in Matatiele unfortunately when she brought the tank she then fell ill and was hospitalized cause of her hospitalization she was unable to fetch her tank during that period of 2017 till 2020 she was being treated here in Gauteng province up until she died in April 2022 .In April 2022 we went to Build it Matatiele and spoke to Karabo Store Manager and Admin Manager Andre I told them my story and they said they will return to me and give me response regarding the Jojo tank and I never received any call from them. I went to them in January 2023 because I was on holiday in Matatiele for an update from them regarding the Jojo tank Andrè who is now the Store Manager says the head office said that there is no another extra tank on their records and they won't give us another tank as if they gave us the tank in the first place.Can we please be assisted with our mother's JoJo tank as the deceased did not live to see her tank being delivered and installed at her home at she did not receive the tank but the store manager claims that the tank was delivered .
