Build it Honeydew Poor Service by RUDE STAFF

I was very happy when I left my plan at Build it Honeydew for assistance with measurement,the lady who assisted me by name Edith was so helpful and kind infact she's very great with clients, she had informed us that the plan would probably be ready by Friday but we gave it a chance till Wednesday the last week. 1st when I called on Wednesday the 1st lady left me hanging on the phone till the phone itself hung up so I called again some sweet lady answered and I enquired about my plan...UNTILL I spoke to LELO who told me 1st thing when talking to me that she will do the measurements in her own time and she does not get paid nor get any commission for doing the plans, 1st of all...I only asked why has she not made contact with me for all this time only for her to claim that my plan was blurry...the plan still has full ink on it with numbers and measurements showing correctly. I'm not sure what she was talking about. To be honest for a business like this we as clients do not need these type of attitudes from staff...if she wanted to be paid then that's something that should be discussed with her employer or she should have mentioned it in a proper manner so I know that she needs to be paid etc. Not to tell me that she will do it in her own time, and that she will be in leave so she will see when she comes back so had I not called to check up on my plan she was never going to contact me about her lies of my plan being blurry and commission structure etc. I fetched my plan today Monday 19th she still had a bad attitude I have no idea how this lady is allowed to interact with clients if she has such a behavior to people. Please understand that we would like to continue being clients to the business but not to be treat with disrespect by the staff. That is unacceptable. Build it Honeydew
