Security Issue and Customer ************

I am a regular customer, but after my experience today, I am seriously reconsidering my support for this branch. A group of men stationed directly outside your store who appear to be linked to delivery services are aggressively intimidating passersby.

When I chose not to engage with them, I was met with a barrage of verbal abuse and cursing. This nearly escalated into a physical confrontation. It is unacceptable that a customer should feel the need to defend themselves when they come to your store.

Whether these individuals are employees or third-party contractors, they are operating next to your store in Bochum and representing your brand. I expect the management to take immediate action to resolve this or at least tell them to stop bullying or harassing customer and ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone.
