I'm an avid supporter of great service and Newcastle Build It is outstanding when it comes to customer satisfaction.<br> Martin, Sparks, Roby are know how to please a customer and always go the extra mile.<br> After purchasing an inferior Fort Knox lock and being locked out of my house. I called Martin at about 18h50 and told him about being locked out of my house due to the lock failing. He immediately located a lock smith and summoned him to my residence. <br> Wow these guys went all out to follow up on the lock smith and apologized a 1000 times yet it wasn't their in house brand.<br> Newcastle Build it you'll have a customer for life but PLEASE DONT STOCK ******* FORT KNOX.<br> <br> KEEP IT UP MARTIN AND TEAM.
