Wrong information for the product

I bought 20 of the so called IBR 0.4 mm. After they were used I realized that they are actually not IBR 0.4 mm. They are something else.It was a cheaper version of the normal IBR 0.4. I even asked the salesman if they are IBR 0.4. He gladly said yes. So this people sell product with wrong information.
