Worst store manager ever

The quality of service I received from the manager, McDonald Howard, was so poor and disrespectful that I was shocked to hear that he is the manager of this store. He eventually just walked away refusing to assist me any further and someone else had to come and sort out his mess. I have to give credit to the dispatch staff, which was still friendly and helpful after seeing this whole ordeal they still tried to give me good service. However the level of utter disrespect this person treated me with has left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I will never in my life support any Built-it again in any town. Furthermore after a meeting with our company's management regarding this matter we as a construction company took the decision to never again support any Built-it.
