Worst Service from Build IT in Roodepoort Witpoortjie

Build it, shop 6A Batavia Retail park cnr Quellerie & Randfontein st Roodepoort. I bought roof tiles on 18 April from the store however they only had 320 from the 700 which I required. Over the last 2 days I could not obtain the same roof tiles from other stores and son I decided to return the roof tiles and the store would charge me a 25% handling fee which is fair. The problem is the store expects me to off load the roof tiles before I can get my refund. I was told I must wait as they are on lunch however they assist other customers who come to make purchases. I have been buying at this store for years and I am rather appalled by the service I have received today. This is poor customer service and I now have to pay people in order to offload the truck whilst Build it is still charging me a handling fee
