Worst service ever at Build it Brackenfell

I visited Buildit today to buy a part and also to look at some flooring for my office. I asked a lady at the till where I should go for help. She directed me to a division of the branch. I reached the first station where two people were looking at a computer screen. I waited, but nobody looked in my direction. I asked if they could help me and the one bloke said he is not on duty today. The other bloke did not even bother. I then when to the second counter where there were at least 5 people sitting at different computers. I stood in front of the counter and only when I lifted my hands in a questioning way a young girl chatting at the back to somebody asked "can we help you?" I could not believe what I was seeing. I am in business myself and will never, ever let this happen in my business. One lady looked up from her computer and said that they do not stock the part I wanted and I should go to Brights. Nobody asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I walked out of there, not ever to return again. And what is more, I think I was the only client in that whole place.
