Worst Customer Service from SARAH(Mabopane Build It)

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company(Mabopane Build It) on June 15, 2017. I was calling to get a quote for my building material. Sarah answered the phone and I asked for Prince, who happens to be off duty and I ask for Ruth, I was kept on hold for over 6 minutes with people talking on the background, had no choice but to drop the call and call again. 2nd time she does the same keep me waiting for nothing. 3rd time she answered and kept quiet and few minutes later responded to my call without introducing herself or anything. It was like she’s answering her own cell phone. I then again introduced myself and ask for her name of which she first refused to give and later confirm. Guess what after been kept on hold for minutes and minutes I was advised that Ruth went on lunch as well. Why didn’t you say so or took a message for her, as I’ve made it clear that am looking for a quote from scratch. She then said why don’t you say whatever you want so we can help you as well(With attitude tone), I repeatedly tried to ask her that I have already discussed about the product that we are interest to, but she(Sarah) refused to deal with my questions. We ended our call after 15 minutes without either of us having accomplished anything. I am most annoyed that I wasted my time waiting for Ruth to pick up the phone. I am now concerned about how you treat other existing customers by Mabopane Build It. Furthermore I have to call the manager to raise my concerns as I was not pleased at all. I trust this is not the way That Built it wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you for a while now and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
