Worst customer service and ****mers

In February I went to Build it at Waterloo as I was looking for an aluminum kitchen door, I was served by a lady called Zanele and she helped me open a Kanga account successfully but what she did not tell me is that Kanga Finance will deduct my money even though I have not received the goods...a week passed without me receiving my door I had to call them almost every day and I even had to call other stores to check if they have the door so that it can be sent to Waterloo and I can get my stuff but I had no luck....I gave them a full two months still nothing. I then texted Kwenza their Manager countless times still nothing happened they have terrible customer service and they lie to get sales after that you are on your own so fast forward I went back to cancel everything since they did not fulfill their part of the deal so now they had to refund Kanga Finance so that they would stop debiting from me and it has been a month if not two since I signed a cancellation form but they have not sent it to Kanga so now they are giving me a run around that their boss barely shows up at work and they've given him the forms to authorize. Do not trust build it they are the last store to trust, and they took advantage of me because I am a pensioner as it has been more than 6months now which then leads me to think they are ****mers who rob people
