Worst customer service

Good day,

I have experienced the worst customer service at Build it-Akasia. Not to mention the receptionist, Sarah, no telephone etiquette at all. I met with Slyvia in October 2021, who apparently a manager, gave her the house plan to quote for building material and to date I have received no response - called and drove to the branch several times with no luck. Then Sinah was supposed to assist, same issue, no update to date. I was told a quotation takes at least 2 weeks, but now it's 3 month's with still no update.
