Window frames *****ing the joy.
Firstly, I want to acknowledge the good client-business relationship we had with BuildIt Seshego(Bloodriver) branch.
From get go, everyone, Lebo, Nthabiseng, Mathapelo made sure everything we ordered was delivered on time , despite us being in Gauteng.
There's, however, a very big problem with the window frames. Initially, we thought it was just some minor issues with handles, which Lebo assisted with.
But we got the surprise of our life after installation of Window glasses, none of the 12 Windows close properly, others don't even close at all. This is a biggest headache and the once dream we had for a good house is slowly turning into a nightmare. I did share this with Nisham this past Saturday, but I want to have a complaint on record. I know Built it gets these from suppliers ,but this came at a huge cost as we have already plastered the house and fitted the Windows (which will have to be removed and fitted at additional cost).Another issue we picked up was that these window frames were actually not heavy-duty as promised.
We would like to give the store a 5 star, but the window frames are making this impossible. Can someone please have a look at this and kindly intervene?
