Very unprofessional

Greetings I am Lindani Emmanuel Mbhele

I was at at Built it at : "78 Curnick Ndlovu Hwy, Inanda Namibia, Inanda, 4309"

I am very disappointed about the service, I requested a 3 weeks leave at work starting from the 13th of May 2020 so that I could complete building my mom's house. I went to the above mentioned Build it branch and open microloan credit they approved it on 11May 2020 and they said they will start bringing the building materials on Wednesday the 13th of May 2020.

Now the issue is they only brought the building materials on 23rd of May 2020 and they only brought 40 cements instead of 80 cements pockets and they brought 2 windows instead of 5 windows.

And on the 26th of May 2020 they brought about 400 blocks instead of 2000 blocks. After this I haven't received anything ever since.

Everytime I go to the store they tell me I should go the truck is still away but they will bring the building materials but they dont, I have been going in an out of the store from the 26th May 2020 until now.

In the store they also gave me a number they said it's thier manager's number they said the manager is Mzi I tried contacting him today the number goes on voicemail.

I am very disappointed my leave is almost over now even my builder is saying he is running of out he also have places to go to

I don't understand that i am getting this kind of service because it what they always do to all thier customers or they are undermining or its just plain incompetence and ignorance
