Very unhappy client

I've been having a terrible experience with Build it Graafreinet. I have been buying from them for a project I am busy with at home, for the past 3months. The experience has been so exhausting, they have no customer service at all. My latest purchase was just the last straw for me. I requested for a quotation and got it after days of having to message and call. I made payment the next day and have since not gotten my order. According to the manager Theo, they were to deliver Tuesday or yesterday. I messaged him yesterday asking what time the truck would be in Murraysburg and got no response. This morning, I messaged again asking for clarity as I had been patient. He sent me a message that I would only get my order delivered next week. I started to lose my temper and asked him to make a plan to get my order today. He messaged back to say he will see what he can do, came back after a few hours to tell me they will deliver tomorrow. This is a huge inconvenience as it is Christmas soon, and we need to get the house done before then. Since there are always delays and poor communication this will not be possible.
